Have you acquainted yourself with the Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy etc? You need to accept these terms in order to complete your purchase. All these terms can be seen from the menus at the bottom of the website pages.

Payments should preferably be made through Payfast.

Payfast clears all payments and advises us almost immediately. Payfast clear payments from EFT, credit cards, Bitcoin and e-wallet. If you choose not to use Payfast and do your own private EFT payment, please ask for immediate clearance. We will not process an order until the funds show up on our bank statement. We will have card facilities shortly at head office.

Faulty products must be reported in the first week after purchase. We try to test each product before dispatch, but some items are sealed. No consumable items will be exchanged, credited or refunded under any circumstances.

We want to offer the best possible service to our customers, so if you have questions or problems, please contact us.

Many merchants sell products, but very few keep a full range of spares. Even fewer are able to service and repair the products. We want to stress the importance of our after sales service.

The best possible advertising is word of mouth and we would like you to enthusiastically recommend us. You won’t do this if you are not completely happy, so we make it a priority to make you happy.

We are available to our customers. Please feel free to contact us regarding any query or complaint you may have. Best is e-mail, so that all the details can be given and we have a record of the conversation and any prices quoted. Phone is not always convenient.

When doing a direct EFT, please ask for immediate payment clearance. Any order not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled. We will only process an order once we have confirmation from Payfast or until the funds show on our bank statement.

Please note:
No goods will be released before payment in full. Items for repair and service must be dropped at the head office. Once the workshop has completed the job, the item will be returned to head office for collection. Payments, receipts, quotes, invoices etc will all be done by head office.
